Not sure if I ever made a post on this, but I started on a project of making my own 3d model for MMD (MikuMikuDance) fully from scratch. I made it, was super happy, then depression hit me and I never touched the blender file again in months.
I decided today would be a nice time to actually do something with the file. I polished it up as much as I could, tried making a decent-looking cover image, and called it a day. And it's published now!
I know 13 year old me would've gone insane and cried seeing this model. I'm still pretty unmotivated with 3D modeling but I definitely did get better compared to years ago. I would've probably been crazy with modeling at this point in life if my life stayed normal for 3 seconds but god said NO!!!!
Would be wonderful to become one of those really talented and skilled 3D modelers, however I literally saw someone on twitter fully use AI to create a really detailed 3D model of an anime girl. so ummm.
Anyway back to MMD, I'm glad I did publish that model. I hope maybe someone decides to use it for something!
