Job!
My first day working at my new job, it was fine. I was ridiculously unprepared however because:
- I did NOT bring a water bottle despite the burning heat of the sun
- I should've brought a larger bag to hold a bunch of papers that I need to take home
- I forgot to bring a pen to sign paperwork with
- I also forgot to bring lunch (wow)
Speaks for itself... though I wasn't told that we'd be doing paperwork on the first day. As for lunch, I was in such a hurry to be there on time that I completely forgot.
That aside, it was rather fun! I'm working with lots computers in my new job, which is all I want. I think the next few days will be exciting if anything. Although, the weather this week is awful. It's going to be 100F pretty soon for a couple of days. I wish I lived somewhere colder but whatever. The building I work at has somewhat good air conditioning. Somewhat.
I'm exhausted from a long day though. The first thing I did as soon as I came home was drink a ton of water & lemonade. Lemonade!!!!! Lemonade has NEVER tasted so good when you're dying of thirst at work. It tastes like heaven.
Well. An eventful day, but it's enough to keep me busy during the summer.
